Our Story
Coastal Soul Properties was founded by two friends with an insatiable appetite for travel and adventure and a shared vision for helping “regular people” enjoy life beyond the daily grind. Our partnership began when we decided to invest in a foreign vacation rental property together. Taking the leap turned out to be the easy part.
Even with a lifetime of experience in real estate and investment properties, we still had a lot to learn.
As we navigated the unfamiliar territory of foreign real estate and vacation rentals, we realized the lessons we picked up along the way were opportunities in disguise. At the same time, friends, family and co-workers, intrigued by what we were up to, started to ask us questions, regularly saying things like “I wish I could do something like you did, but I wouldn’t know where to start,” or, “I could never afford to buy a place outside the country.” As our first property launched and quickly found success, requests for help from those around us started to roll in. The beginnings of a new dream emerged…to help people just like us find opportunities for success beyond the 9 to 5, and Coastal Soul Properties was born.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management, including market analysis, evaluations, negotiations, purchases, sales, interior design, rehab, long-term rentals, and short-term rentals, along with advanced degrees (PhD in Personal Financial Planning, MA Degree in Economics and BS Degrees in Economics and Marketing), we have the knowledge, expertise and systems in place to help our clients accomplish their own investment dreams.
