After departing from the Puerto Adventuras marina, you will cruise up the Riviera Maya coastline before heading to a semi-sheltered reef area called La Bocana. La Bocana is a well-protected cove with shallow, crystal clear and calm Caribbean water, perfect for swimming or snorkeling. If you choose not to snorkel or swim, that's ok too! You can just relax onboard the yacht, sunbathing or enjoying a cocktail, the views, good music and some snacks.

While you’re enjoying the water, your onboard crew is always available to serve you snacks, cocktails, and refreshments.

Cruise the Riviera Maya coastline all the way to the amazing Inha reef to snorkel with sea turtles and stingrays - If you like snorkeling, this is the tour for you!

The tour departs from the marina in Puerto Aventuras and heads north to Inha. This is a semi-sheltered reef area where you’ll get to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear ocean water alongside sea turtles, tropical fish, and a variety of other reef and sea life. You’ll get plenty of time, approximately 2 hours, to swim and snorkel here which is one of the best snorkel areas in the Riviera Maya.

This is a fantastic tour for all ages and makes for a great family outing in nature. You can also just relax onboard, sunbathe, enjoy a cocktail or refreshments, and of course our homemade ceviche lunch and snacks. It's certainly not mandatory to be in the water. Remember, this is your private tour! The friendly and attentive crew is happy to serve you at any time.

When done in the water or at any point while anchored at this location, you may opt to come back on board to enjoy our delicious, fresh shrimp and/or fish ceviche. Also, the bar is always available as is your crew to serve you cold beverages and food throughout the tour.

After Inha enjoy views of the Carribean coast on the leisurely cruise back to the Puerto Aventuras marina.

Troll fishing is offered on this tour too. Anything you catch along the way can be prepared fresh for you on board!

After your welcome drink and introduction to the captain and crew, you’ll depart from Puerto Aventuras for an hour long cruise north up the Riviera Maya coast to Paamul Bay.

Once at your destination, the crew will anchor the boat while your group enjoys swimming and snorkeling around the clear, calm water of Paamul Bay nestled inside a beautiful beach area. this area is well-known for its reef and marine life… expect to encounter colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, sting rays and more!

During the tour, the onboard crew will serve you anytime you’d like. You can get drinks and snacks or a signature margarita! You’ll have approximately 2 hours of water activity time during which you’re welcome to hop on and off the boat. Meanwhile, the onboard crew will be preparing your delicious shrimp and fish ceviche or perhaps a catch you reeled in while troll fishing on the way to Paamul!

On this tour, you may also go onto the beach at Paamul Bay and enjoy some sunbathing, beach sports or sandcastle building (bring your own gear- beach equipment is not provided).

This amazing snorkel tour will knock your socks off!

The tour departs from the marina in Puerto Aventuras and heads north for about an hour to your first stop, Inha, a semi-sheltered reef area know for it’s calm, crystal clear ocean water. As part of the second-largest barrier reef system in the world, the snorkeling at Inha is out of this world! You can expect to find sea turtles, colorful tropical fish, and a variety of other reef and sea life.

While you’re enjoying the water, your onboard crew is always available to serve snacks, cocktails, and refreshments. If you prefer not to go in the water, that's ok too! You can just relax onboard the yacht, sunbath with that book you’ve been waiting to finish or enjoying a cocktail, the views, and delicious snacks.

Once everyone’s back on board, you’ll head to your next stop, La Bocana. With shallow, crystal clear water, this is a perfect location to enjoy your ceviche lunch and open bar on board the boat or right in the Carribean waters!

This 5-hour tour is a luxurious way to see the Riviera Maya coastline and experience paradise!

Set sail from the Puerto Aventuras marina, making your way across the Caribbean to the southern side of Cozumel Island where the crew will anchor in front the heavenly Playa Palancar beach. This spectacular secluded beach is an incredible place to snorkel. You can expect to find a variety of tropical fish, sea turtles, and marine life among the coral reef in the warm, clear, Caribbean water.

Whether you choose to enjoy lunch on board the boat, or under the shade of a “palapa” on the beach. , your view will be nothing short of amazing!

Your journey begins with a welcome drink while meeting the captain and crew at the Puerto Aventuras marina. Once onboard settle in for a peaceful two-hour cruise along the Riviera Maya coastline to Tulum, where you’ll be greeted with spectacular views of the famous Mayan Castillo (castle) perched atop the highest point on the coast.

Tour Departures

All 3-, 4-, and 5-hour tours have morning and afternoon departures. The morning schedule starts as early as 8:30 AM and returns by 1:30 PM. The evening schedule starts at 2:00 PM and returns by 7:00 PM.

Departure times depend on the tour chosen and the vessel’s availability, but we always work with the clients to find the most optimal time for their tour.

If you book an 8-hour tour, it’s open to depart anytime. Please note, however, that the sun sets around 6:30 PM, and most clients prefer to return before dark. The latest we can return to the marina is 7:30 PM.

Tour Start Times

If you arrange your own roundtrip transportation to/from the marina, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for a safety briefing before boarding. Tour schedules cannot be extended, so late arrivals will reduce the amount of time for your tour.

Of course, we always want to offer clients the best possible experience when chartering a tour, but the weather in the Riviera Maya can be tricky to predict.

The tour operator will cancel and provide a full refund if there is heavy rain.

When the ocean is rough due to high winds, the tours utilize an area called “La Bocana” just outside the Puerto Aventuras Marina, which is completely protected from waves and ensures a very pleasant “tour” in case of windy conditions. The water is chest deep, and guests can enjoy all the services that the original tour included, like the full open bar and all the food offered.

In the event of rough seas, the captains of the vessel always has the final say if it’s safe to go out into the open water. If the conditions are deemed safe, the captain will consult with guests to see if you would still like to go out or prefer to stay in the protected La Bocana area.

If you decide to go to La Bocana and later want to return earlier than scheduled, the tour operator can refund the hours not spent on the vessel.

Once your tour date/time has been confirmed by the vendor, any changes to your reservation will be subject to the following policies:

Any changes to dates, times, destination or yacht type made by guest are considered a cancellation.

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to scheduled departure are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of scheduled departure are non-refundable.

If the vendor must cancel due to weather, they will first attempt to reschedule the tour with you. If it is not possible to find a date to reschedule the tour, the vendor will provide a full refund.

Please note, Puerto Adventuras Marina charges a dock fee of $15 usd per person for all tours. This fee is paid directly to the marina upon arrival. Cash is preferred, but credit cards or Paypal are also accepted subject to a 5% processing fee for the transaction.

Tips are not included in the price of your reservation. Please plan to pay your tour operator, crew or other vendors in cash at the time of service.
